Jan 15, 2023 #7510654Air Pods Pro 2 Cold CallingEli AParticipantJan 15, 2023
Does anybody use the Air Pods Pro 2 for cold calls?
I’ve been testing other head sets and wanted to know if these are good for making my cold calls?
What are your thoughts?

The mic is more than good enough. If you’re using a Mac then integration is seamless.
Pop them back in the charging case between calls and unless you’ve a bunch back to back they’ll last all day too.

If you use the AirPods for both audio and microphone they go into a different bluetooth mode and it doesn’t sound as good on the other end of the call.
I recorded some Zoom calls both ways around and compared them. It’s probably not a deal breaker but with my accent, anything I can do to make my voice more legible helps.

Interesting. I have noticed on the coaching calls that I can sometimes sound crappy and everything is being recorded local at my end too! I’ll take a look into this.
