Agency model with multiple partners
Hi all – I’ve set up a consultancy/agency focussed on helping businesses with sales and marketing – https://salesgenerator.co.nz/. The idea is that I tell people what’s going well, what could be better and offer up top line solutions. From there they can implement the recommendations themselves or pay one of my trusted agency partners to do it. I’m keen to chat to anyone who might be running a similar model. Cheers Jono
