    I sent this email out but the return rate is poor. I tried tying in the first and second sentences.

    Any suggestions moving forward?

    I see you have been the IT Manager at Co. XYZ since April 2007.​

     

    Unfortunately, since then many IT leaders in the food industry have been let down by managed service providers.

     

    We offer a different level of Networking and Security services.

     

    Would it make sense to jump on a quick call to see if I can help where others have failed you?

    What do you mean by poor? It’s easier to help if you share the numbers.

    I think you need to be more specific about the problem that you solve for IT leaders. What is the one thing that drives them crazy that you know you can solve?
