The goal is to generate a conversation rather than book a meeting initially.

At like you’re at an event. A “hi” and then pitch would be gross. Whereas a “hi”, interesting question, then a pitch if you think you can help them works great.

Additionally “we have a process in place” is an objection. Does the process work? Could it be improved? Would it be more effective if it was outsourced?

An objection isn’t the buyer saying “no”. They’re saying they haven’t understood the value that you offer.
