I have contacted 98 people on LinkedIn on the following way:
1: connection without a message.
2: followup message on first message saying:
Option 1:
“Hi, thank you for connecting. I noticed on LinkedIn that your staff count has (increased/decreased) by X% at your company. A quick question. Do you have a process in place for quickly replacing specialists and managers when they leave the company?
Best regards, Klaus, +45 xx xx xx xx”
Option 2:
“Hi, thank you for connecting. I saw on LinkedIn that the average employment duration at your company is XX years. A quick question. Do you have a process in place for quickly replacing specialists and managers when they leave the company?
Best regards, Klaus, +45 xx xx xx xx”
The response have been:
– 39.8% out of 98 have connected
– 60,2% have not accepted my outreach
– 10 out of 39 people answered message one or two = approximately 25.64%.
Objections so far:
- “We have what we need.”
- “Not a priority right now.”
- “Not a specific process. We hire internally.”
- “We have a process in place.”
- “Right now, I am focusing on establishing processes related to growth strategy. So, there is plenty to consider and address. I do not need to establish a replacement process at this point.”
I am stuck here:
Will I can feel that I get stuck here. Can you help me wrap my head around next step?
