Can you be more specific?
“Are you the person who overseas the data reporting for asset management?”
As part of your job, do you have to export data to Excel and manually create reports?
Perhaps lean into the pain a little more –
“Ah sounds good. Are you spending a bunch of time with your head stuck in spreadsheets that keep breaking?”

“I think we can help you solve X. Would it make sense if we jumped on a quick call and I’ll explain how it works?”
Don’t get too hung up on the scripting side of things. You’ll get more customer feedback on what works and what doesn’t when you make your first 10 calls :).
