Thanks for the detailed feedback Will. The report worked really well. Upsold the client – he agreed to upgrade his website and add a couple of pages. I talked through the report and the next steps with the client. To your point I agree next steps could be clearer. This would help sell in the idea of a investment journey rather than a one off investment. Cheers
