Hi Will, Need Some Guidance Please. Ive come up with one but feel like I could add so much more.
OK, remember, the main reason for your value proposition is to streamline your outbound messaging. The ONLY goal of your outbound messaging is to book a meeting (not close a deal, not educate the buyer… the only goal is to book a call).
That means that you don’t have to include everything within your value proposition. All you have to include is the couple of things, that you hypothesize will illicit enough curiosity to drive your prospects to agree to meet to discuss things further.
It would be better to have two, streamlined value propositions for two slightly different ICP’s, rather than one massive one that has less impact overall.
I think you’ve done a decent job with what you’ve posted.
I’d simplify it a little more –
We help schools centralise their printing to address inefficiencies and eliminate the high cost of outsourcing. By creating a central printing hub and implementing web to print solutions we automate order processing to technical burden. We have aligned our offering with sustainability in mind as well.
This would work well if you feel your prospects would like to centralize their printing to reduce IT support burdens or eliminate outsourcing.
I’m not sure if the last line on sustainability is needed. That’s “nice” but would meet with you to discuss it?
Hope that helps.
Feel free to keep posting revised versions of your value proposition for feedback mate.
