How many bookings? How many no shows? How were the leads generated?

Industry average no show rate is around 20% in the online training space. I get a 5% no show rate with our Academy product.

Some things to help –

Calendly to get phone along with email at call booking. Text and email 24 hours before, 1 hour before and 10 minutes before.

After the call is booked, I send a bunch of videos and other stuff to get people informed and excited about the call and to qualify them ahead of time.
