If you’re talking very local, as in a high-street, then use Google Maps to get all the companies on the street onto a spreadsheet and then make an educated guess as to whether the owner will be on site.
Starbucks? Nope.
Small bakery? Probably.
Build your ICP around businesses where the owner is also a worker.
