Hey Corey,

What does it the journey look like from the buyer signing up to getting to the point where a lack of revenue is an issue?

  • Do they get on-boarded?
  • Are they sent reminders of what they agreed on their side during the sales process?
  • Any other team members involved? i.e. “customer success”?
