Current Role: Regional Sales Manager

My favorite tools for projects and productivity management:

  • Todoist App: Easy way to track activities to remember and can automatically sync with your desired calendar
  • Notion: Free only tool to take notes and create simple templates
  • Salesforce CRM: Tracks sales opportunities and follow up with prospects and customers
  • Badger Maps: If you are an Outside Sales Person or have a team of outside sales members who need to map out their routes quickly. Also syncs data directly into CRMs such as Salesforce

As for managing time as a manager and individual contributor

  1. Makers Schedule (Morning 8:30-12:30) – Do all your hard tasks first such as prospecting calls
  2. Managers Schedule (Afternoon 1:30-5:30) – Do all your managerial tasks in the afternoon (reports, meetings with team, etc).

I’ve experimented with several time blocking methods to take control of my time and projects and this seems to be one of the most effective ways to handle it all.

I hope this helps.

Best,
Adrian
