Hi Will! Good news is that I’m booking meetings like crazy!

Good! I know this has been something you’ve worked hard on this year.

The play –

  • Understand who is the person that everyone else looks up to (might not be the champion)
  • If you get them on board, will everyone else follow?
  • What KPI, ROI etc do you need to hit to make this a simple “yes”?
  • If you don’t know that already, that’s the goal of the first part of the meeting.
  • Use logical negotiations to get to that conclusion
  • At that point the goal is to understand the next steps and get them booked in the diary whilst everyone is there.
