Avtar – Is there anything we can do to personalise that first line better?
– Are you able to tell if they already have a managed service provider?
– Is there a specific problem the ICP (ideal customer persona) has at a certain headcount/company size/industry etc?
– What is something happening right now in the food manufacturing space that can be mentioned in the first line? Brexit etc?
That could lead us to an email like –
Our customers are telling me that Brexit is adding a big burden to IT leaders, especially in the food manufacturing vertical.
Some of them tried offloading to managed services providers but were let down.
We’ve stepped in and saved/solved/fixed/reduced [THING].
