My question is, what is the difference between the salespeople who stick around and have success (5-10 years) and those that don’t make it to the point of mastering the craft?

I’m not sure but I think it would be interesting to know if it’s the same % of people that shift from other careers too.

Does sales have a high turn over or does most industries that entry level roles that are accessible (i.e. not including job turn over from neurosurgeons etc).
