Heck, if I any decent company offered lifetime payouts on monthly RR I’d quit Salesman.org, join them, crush it for 3 years and then sit back and retire!
I’d worry less about what the company is doing and more on how can you hit your goals.
Can you beat target and earn the monthly amount you want to earn with just a 4 month MRR commission? Then the number of months doesn’t matter.
